Nav Grah Puja is performed to reduce the negative effects of maletic planets and to establish peace in life. The Navagraha Hawan is the Hawan which is performed to all the nine Grahas (9 planets- Suriyan, Chandran, Sevvai, Budhan, Guru, Shukran, Shani, Rahu, and Ketu). The nine planets control each and every aspect of every human’s life and it has the power to change a human’s life in an instant.
This Hawan is performed by invoking all the nine Grahas followed by the chanting of Navagraha Mantra and then performing this Homam by providing nine types of daanyams, flowers, colored Vastra pieces & Naivedyam to the Grahas and receive the blessings all the nine Grahas.
