Bhootnath temple

Bhootnath temple is located in the city of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. Dedicated to Lord Shiva this temples has multiple floors, with the main temple being the small one is at the top floor. From the top floor of the temple one can get amazing view of the city. According to the legends, it is said that this temple has a story related to marriage of Lord Shiva and goddess Sati. The legends say that this is the place where Lord Shiva's marriage procession had stopped before reaching the destination of Daksha.
