About Gnana Saraswati Temple
The Gnana Saraswati Temple is located in the city of Basar, Telangana, India. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. The temple is believed to be constructed in the 6th century. In the 17th century, the idols of the temple were reinstated by a chieftain of Nandagiri (Nanded) subsequent to destruction caused by Muslim invaders.
