About Shree Mangesh temple
The Shree Mangesh temple is located in the city of Ponda, Goa, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is one of the largest and most frequently visited temples in Goa. The temple has been rebuilt and renovated twice 1890 during the reign of the Marathas. The final renovation occurred in the year 1973 when a golden kalasha was fitted atop the tallest dome of the temple.
