Shree Stambheshwar Mahadev Temple

The Shree Stambheshwar Mahadev Temple is Located in city of Jambusar, Gujarat, India. The Temple is dedicated to God Mahadev. This temple was built around 150 years ago and was built by Lord Kartika according to Kumarika Khanda mentioned in Skanda Purana after killing Tarakasura. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple derives its name from the fact that it is built slightly above the ground on stambhas (pillars).
