Sripada Srivallabha temple in Pithapuram is dedicated to Sripada Srivallabha, an incarnation of Lord Dattatreya. Pithapuram is the birthplace of Srivallabha and He is the first Avatar of Lord Dattatreya. Sripada Srivallabha spent His childhood here before leaving to seek enlightenment. Along with His idol, Srivallabha’s Padukas are also enshrined in this temple.
