About Swayambhu Ganesh Mandir
The Ganpati Swayambhu temple is believed to be 400 years old. It is said that a farmer saw the idol of Ganpati in the Kerda jungles and constructed a temple round it. There are two idols of Lord Ganpati in this temple, one is made of fine white sand and the other is of brass depicting Ganpati riding on a Lion.
