Varaha Temple

The Varaha temple is located in the city of Pushkar in Rajasthan. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu's one of the avatar that is Varaha. This temple is one of its kind of temple because there is no other temple such large dedicated to Lord Varaha in the world. The temple was built in the 12th century by King Anaji Chauhan as a tribute to Lord Vishnu the construction of the temple follows designs and ido;s from the story of Lord Varaha. The temple was destroyed and rebuilt in the 18th century.
